I invite you to read the story that led me to dedicate my life to this sacred work.
Esther Jayne's Journey
Personal Loss to Professional Calling
My Story–A World Shattered
My journey into the field of grief, trauma, and loss began with a life-altering personal experience -the sudden and tragic death of my mother. In an instant, my world shattered, thrusting me into a place of profound darkness, fear, and anguish. I found myself drowning in a whirlwind of emotions, feeling disconnected from myself and the life I once knew. The pain was excruciating, the sorrow unbearable, and the questions unanswerable.
Perhaps you can relate to these experiences and emotions that I share.
Perhaps time is standing still, and you feel stuck, struggling to make sense of your loss.
Perhaps you feel alone, misunderstood, and yearning for connection with your loved one.
Perhaps you did not have a chance to say goodbye.
I understand. And I am here for you.
Through my own deeply challenging journey of traumatic grief, I have gained a special understanding that allows me to hold a sacred space for you - a space that is safe, supportive, and free from judgment.
My aim is to equip you with the coping strategies and valuable resources needed to navigate through your pain, build self-awareness, and discover new meaning and well-being
My personal experience has fueled my passion for this work and my commitment to guiding others through the difficult terrain of grief, trauma, and loss.
I am here to walk alongside you as your guide, offering a compassionate presence and the expertise to help you find your way forward.
